Steven L. Friedman, Shareholder, is Chair of the Trusts and Estates Group of Stark & Stark and concentrates his practice in the areas of elder law, trust and estate planning and administration, federal, gift, generation-skipping transfer tax planning, and charitable trust and foundation planning.
An Accredited Estate Planner, Mr. Friedman is certified in elder law by the National Elder Law Foundation.
Mr. Friedman has offered numerous seminars and written articles on all aspects of elder law, trust and estate planning and administration as well as on long term care, disability and catastrophic illness planning.
In 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008 Mr. Friedman was named by New Jersey Monthly Magazine as a New Jersey Super Lawyer.
