Mark W. Davis, Shareholder, is a member of the Accident & Personal Injury Group.  Mr. Davis received his juris doctor with honors from Pepperdine University, where he was selected to Pepperdine's Honors Trial Practice Team.  Prior to joining Stark & Stark, Mr. Davis actively practiced in Florida and California, and maintains licenses in those jurisdictions.  Mr. Davis concentrates his practice to matters of personal injury, products liability and professional malpractice.

Mr. Davis is a member of the Firm's Methadone Injury Litigation Team which is committed to protecting the rights of those killed or injured by the improper prescription of methadone.

Mr. Davis is certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney.
